Have I mentioned how much I love being and exchange student? Well I do! It allows for so much flexibility and random excursions. The ERASMUS Student Network organizes trips of interest for all students in Wien. My most recent trip included a tour of a Pumpkin seed oil mill. All in Deutsch- sehr fun! Then after taste tested all sorts of Pumpkin seed products we headed to a famous Schokolade Factory! I never thought I would say this but there is such a thing as Too Much Schokolade! The Zotter Schokolade Factory produces all organic & fair trade schokolade products. These include everything including bars, balls, cooking, and drinking chocolate. There are actually 150 different schokolade products total. We went on an audio tour of the entire factory and tasted EVERYTHING along the way. This totaled for about 2 hours of eating a variety of schokolade. Great experience, but I would advise that you eat a healthy meal prior to tasting and then be selective about the schokolade you taste. :)
