HOT POT
|
February 8th, 2007 at 6:30 pm
On Wednesday I had a hot pot dinner with past WVU study abroad students. The traditional Chinese dinner is just what it sounds like…you have a big Betty Crocker like pot and throw in all kinds of greatness like shrimp, dumplings, tofu, lettuce, carrots, fish ball, noodles, and/or beef. You continually add and take out/eat what you want. Once you take it out of the hot pot (with chopsticks) you pour chili soy sauce on it. Simple. Delicious.
