I held off on purchasing a digital camera before my trip because I heard from a friend…who heard from their best friends cousin that Hong Kong has the latest and greatest technology. Indeed HK does. If you’ve got $350+ US bucks you could get one heck of a digital camera with a 3” LCD, mass memory, and all kinds of features. But if you want a simple Cannon it can be a bit tricky tracking one down. Since I hadn’t found a cheap & simple camera after hunting a bit my friend Dan Harris offered up his camera for a day or two.

And a month later I was still “borrowing” his camera.
I’m a terrible friend.
I have no idea why Dan is still friends with me.

I finally returned it and currently don’t have a camera. So readers my blogs going to be a bit bland till I track down a camera. Please be patient.
