Ladies and Gents I finally got my haircut! Today my roommie & I went to the mall and asked for a layerd chop with (you guessed it) side bangs. I love the new do and can’t wait to show it off tonight at the ‘Ladies Only’ Valentines Day dinner with my study abroad pals.

My sister once told me this statistic about the amount of women who get a dramatic haircut once they go through a life changing event (like marriage, having kids, graduation…). It symbolizes they’re a new person. Out with the old and in with the new. I think that studying abroad classifies under that ‘life changing event’ catagory. I’m so thankful to be here and changing…for the better. :)
